PEER COACHING TASTER
A mini coaching community every month: a brave space curated and hosted for you.
Next sessions:
27th February 6 - 7.30pm GMT
and
28th February, 9.30 - 11am GMT
Come along if you want:
-
To make progress on something you care about : come prepared with a topic that you would value some thinking time on in the company of a peer
-
A safe space to flex your coaching skills : whether you coach already or have never coached, you are welcome. I will offer a simple structure for those who would like it.
-
Enriching learning and connections : life and work can feel a bit lonely and full on sometimes so we will offer each other a space to breathe, grow and feel supported.

All without forcing, overthinking or pushing beyond our human limits.

Coaching Communities
Networks that empower people to lead their own change
Coaching Communities partner with individuals, local communities and organisations who want to grow collaborative leadership for sustainable change.

We exist so that anyone with a passion to make a change in their lives, work or community can take empowered action.
As a social enterprise, our focus is on enabling those who have traditionally been disadvantaged, disempowered or typically led, to take charge and lead change.
Our simple formula

We foster empowered and collaborative action in organisations and communities by giving people skills and a network. It’s a simple formula!

1) offer leadership skills for those who can't usually access them
2) grow a network of peers who can empower each other to achieve their goals
3) watch them enact ideas that you would never have thought of and take stewardship of them
